DHMC Classic Tour – the Dansk Historisk Motor Club's open championship
Denmark's open regularity championship
The DHMC Classic Tour is the open championship of the Dansk Historisk Motor Club (DHMC). Anyone may take part, regardless of club membership – the appeal lies in relaxed but precise regularity driving with classic cars.
The series runs a season of around eight historic regularity rallies, with the best results counting towards the overall standings. It is held in Denmark and neighbouring countries, with some rounds starting in northern Germany. Tulip-style roadbooks, hidden time controls and an average speed of no more than 50 km/h are typical – orientation is not the point, regularity is.
Several rounds also count towards the Danish DASU Classic series, which makes the tour attractive for newcomers and experienced crews alike. Results are scored separately for driver and co-driver.
