SLS Classic

The SLS Classic is one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious regularity rallies, with over 60 editions to its name. The four-day event, organised by the Stichting Classic SLS, takes place every August and leads around 155 teams through several European countries – with the traditional finish on Scheveningen Boulevard.

Hallmarks of the rally are classic map-reading puzzles (Chinese signs, arrow sketches, herringbones), regularity tests and a strict ban on modern navigation devices – pure analogue rally craft.

Three classes are on offer: Touring for novices, Sporting for experienced crews and Expert, where about 35 teams battle for outright victory. Eligibility is open to classics built up to 1976. Shared hotels, gala dinners and the festive "Walking Dinner" in Scheveningen create unique rally atmosphere.
