Classic Sprint (Sports Car Trophy)

The Altmühltal Classic Sprint is a three-day regularity rally for classic cars, youngtimers and classic sports cars in the heart of Bavaria. Covering around 600 kilometres, the FIVA-approved event leads through the picturesque Altmühl Valley, the Franconian Lake District and past historic sites around Nuremberg. Organised "by friends for friends", the rally combines sporting ambition with conviviality: hose-timed tests with around 60 timing points per edition put precision and driving feel to the test. There are two classes – a classic car rally for cars built up to 1994 and the Sports Car Trophy for younger classics. Since 2019, the Altmühltal Classic Sprint has been one of the first events in Europe to be CO2-certified. The European Youngster Cup also supports young drivers under 25 – a must for every classic car fan.
