HAC Simmern

The Hunsrück-Auto-Club Simmern e.V. im ADAC (HAC) was founded on 20 November 1962 – born from a group of passionate car enthusiasts who raced together at Hahn Airbase in the late 1950s. Today the HAC is one of the most active motorsport clubs in the Hunsrück region. Over 40 children and young drivers are trained in kart slalom on the club's own dedicated facility. Those who have outgrown the kart move on to automobile slalom or the Schinderhannes-Classic, a popular classic car regularity rally. The programme is complemented by the Hunsrück-Historic Classic, the Walkenbach Cup and a vibrant club life including championship events and the annual celebration. Motorsport for young and old – that is HAC Simmern.
