ASC De Baronierijders is a club of enthusiastic motorsport fans, founded in Breda in 1953 – and so for more than 70 years an established institution in Dutch map-reading rallying. The club organises navigation rallies (kaartleesritten) in the West and Central Brabant region between Roosendaal and Tilburg. Highlights of the annual programme include the 6 Uren van Breda, the Turfschiprit, the Brabant Grensrit and regular club rallies in four classes (A–D) with a club championship of its own. All club rallies can be driven in a modern car – a classic car is welcome but not compulsory. The club also offers map-reading courses for beginners and advanced participants. Precision, navigation and camaraderie – that has been De Baronierijders since 1953.
